Now I'm never going back to a boring hairdressing with a normal stand thingy. Walking into the Arch, it's like a boudoir. All decadently decorated, you're seated at a piano, or a large dressing table with fancy mirrors, candlesticks and velvet things. It looks so stylish, it instantly makes you feel like you're in good hands. As for the hair. I had my hair done by a cracking young stylist whose name I forgot to take, but I'd definitely recommend her. I had a Groupon voucher, which was taken with zero-fuss. It's one of those cases where it'll work out for the company, as I've now found my new hairdresser and will be coming back paying full whack next time.

The assistants were very chatty and helpful but we a little too scissor-happy. I asked for a tiny little bit off the length of my hair and came out with a far shorter cut. Being young and naive, I didn't say anything but I probably should have. My friend was also with me on that occassion (she recommended them) and is always very happy with the haircut she receives from them, so I guess it's a case of different strokes for different folks! The salon is always very clean and tidy so that aspect of the place cannot be faulted. The prices are reasonable too when you consider what some of the chain hairdressers charge.
