This company is GREATLY overrated…read more Our project involved a large backyard space transformation and included installation of a fiberglass pool, sport court and stone patio. The cost of the project was well above 200K. Throughout, our project was marred by delays, setbacks, mistakes, and frustrations in dealing with a company that refuses to take accountability and has very little interest in striving for customer satisfaction. In the end the experience was wholly unpleasant and I would not recommend this company. I waited a year to post this review in a fair effort to have the owner address multiple deficiencies (for details see Homestars review). After being ignored and receiving more gaslighting comments, I finally felt that it was important for other potential customers to hear of a different experience with this company. In my opinion, a company's true nature is shown by how they address mistakes and strive for customer satisfaction. No one is perfect but to continually ignore, deflect and string along a paying customer like ME did to us is completely unacceptable. I was also thinking since he was there he might as well snake the kitchen sink and other bathroom too for maintenance (just in case) but he told me it isn't necessary and he even gave me a warranty for those other sinks for a year, going above and beyond. The price is very reasonable too, and he's super accommodating. Joseph was also very timely (if not early) for the scheduled appointment. He's opening up his office in North York, but he does service clients across the city and maybe even St Catherines? (he told me he had some meetings there and was coming from there to fix my slow draining sink). Besides this small job, he told me he does construction projects and can provide a variety of home service quotes too. Another plus is he delivered the receipt promptly afterward. Highly recommend!
