I recommend Attica. They were quick, professional and upfront about additional services recommended without a complicated long sales pitch with alternative value propositions. They also wore shoe covers for those concerned about contractors having dirty shoes. What they did--they went to the roof to clean the dryer vent. Then went inside to attach a hepa vacuum while using a blower on each vent to push the debris toward the vacuum. They then went to the ac unit (not the unit outside) and showed how it accumulated bacteria from condensation and dirt buildup. Supreme Air is absolutely AMAZING. 5-STARS from service to results (I can breathe again in an almost allergy-free home). I truly can't believe there are any negative reviews at all for this company...and I was a skeptic. So the owner himself came out and two workers (Eli, Alex & Marcus). I had to live in my own rental home that had cat(s) for several weeks. I am so deathly allergic to cats, and no amount of cleaning and scrubbing was helping my breathing situation. I almost went to a hotel. My husband decided to call these guys for an estimate. Our initial estimate seemed high (I think $1600+, which is was I was quoted by other companies over the phone). I actually said "no, we can't afford that." But my husband insisted, and the owner was willing to work with us to do what he could for just over $1000. It wasn't even the "full service" (no UV light), but it made SO MUCH DIFFERENCE. The workers showed me what they were doing, took photos and videos, and kept me informed every step of the way. I actually saw full hairballs in our vent shafts! GROSS. Seeing is believing. They even did a 'complimentary' dryer vent cleaning. Gunk came out of our roof for almost 2 minutes straight. (Who knew?!? NOT me!) Within minutes of them leaving, I felt different. I am not exaggerating when I say I have the most sensitive cat allergies of anyone I've ever known ... and I barely have a sniffle or wheeze now. Complete waste of money from a company who is unprofessional and poor customer service. Showed up 30 min early after explicitly told I would be in a meeting. Knocked on door and interrupted my meeting. Sat in my drive for 30 min then when I went out at our appt time he came in and asked to use my bathroom. Got his guy started on our vents and said his tool was dead and wanted to plug his charger into my office plug. 15 min later tried to sell me over $1300 worth of additional services. I told him our ac unit was only 4-5 yrs old and we bought UV light with system. He told us it wasn't good enough. Their service was so bad I didn't even want to give them a 1! We had them come clean our air ducts and dryer vents. They were not even here 5 minutes before the tech was trying to sell me $1500 worth of parts he said we needed. Called my husband and he said no. They guy could not get out of here fast enough! They did not do the living room vent. He shut our AC off. When my husband came home to look at it, they had cut a hole in our duct and left it. We called back and left a message. The owner called us back and said he would be out himself to come look at it the next day. Never received a call nor did he show up. This company is a BIG SCAMMER! They were a very nice and professional team. I used their coupon in the Ad Pages for duct & vent cleaning. The dryer vent goes out the roof, which I cannot do myself with my leaf blower. A lot of lint came out. I expected them to brush the ac ducts, but they used a blow & suck system. I did not see the results of that. They found a leak in my ac system, which I was very happy to be notified. I'm glad I had them come out. Ended up installing the uv light. Overall, I am happy with their services. read more

Back in May this year the 2-men team came to my rental to do a duct cleaning job. It was just a big vacuum hooked to a main AC vent sucking for about 30 min - OK easy money for them, no big deal. What irritated me **** a lot **** was that the lead guy cut a 3" x 4" opening on the AC plenum duct WITHOUT asking my permission for mole inspection !! They are certainly not HVAC people so the patching was substandard. And he tried to sell me this ultraviolet light setup at ~$1500 for killing mole.....etc. Do I recommend them ? No freaking way. Beware of Supreme Air. I had them out to clean my AC ducts and dryer vent, using a Valpak coupon. I did look up reviews before hiring them and they looked reputable. But in my experience they were incompetent at best, probably out right scamming. They showed me pictures of the interior of my inside unit and said that some coils were frozen and there was black mold. I told them I couldn't afford to have any additional work done, and I had my usual AC care company come out a few days later for a second opinion and my usual summer maintenance. Turns out the AC coils that looked frozen were just wet with condensation, and there was only some old algae inside. I later read that black mold can't grow inside a metal AC unit because there is nothing to feed on. All other parts of my AC system checked ok with no signs of any kind of mold or algae spread. If it was black mold, it would have significantly spread in the few days between the two visits. At this point I'm not even certain that the photos that Supreme Air showed me were even my AC. Also, the estimate of recommendations to fix my "frozen coils" and "black mold" that Supreme Air emailed me right after their visit had another lady's contact information on the top, but the descriptions and prices matched what I had been told so it looks like they are scaring other people with these lies. COMPLETE SCAM! We got their coupon in the mail. They showed up in a white van with no logo. Next, they refused to clean our ducts without an up charge because they were metal? So we passed. I'm not even sure if they ended up cleaning our dryer vent because one guy tried talking to us about the ducts as distractions while the partner went outside and came back to say he cleaned the dryer vent within a few minutes. Right after he showed us the pictures of mold in our AC unit and offered 5k to clean it right now. We got a second opinion on the mold in AC and nothing was found. I'm completely disappointed with this service. The 79.00 air duct cleaning is a complete over statement. All they did was wipe off my vents. That's not air duct cleaning that's vent cleaning.
