I agree with previous reviewer. They so screwed up my payroll taxes that it would have put me out of business had I not had a contact high up in State government. Even she was initially unable to get past the inexperienced "customer service" gatekeepers to get to the legal department. When she threatened to shut them down, they finally let her through. Even after their mistakes got fixed, and after many contacts, I have been unable to get them to stop taking 39 a month out of my bank account. Shut down the account and they are still billing me. If they actually had customer SERVICE they might be able to do a better job. read more

SO TERRIBLE. I SINCERELY REGRET. Agree with previous reviewers. not even worth 1 star. They blamed me for entering an incorrect employee number and then charged be $600 to fix it, which I had to do, because the state was after me to pay quarterly wages on an account I did not use or access! It was a nightmare. And they never expressed ownership, sympathy or accountability. They kept asking me to submit requests for help through their website, even though I has deactivated my account (because of the above issue). If I could afford to sue them I would. read more

Be aware that surepayroll has multiple yelp accounts to hide their horrible reviews. This company will lie to you openly. They stole thousands from me. My state's government noticed it and refunded me. read more

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Everytime I call, I get passed around and being put on hold and they all say the same thing "I'm looking at your file" instead of trying to make things easier like emailing back-and-forth unfortunately they don't do that either. i've tried to send many emails and never hear back.
