Sure Shine in Abington, MA did a Fantastic Job on my Hyundai Kona for me yesterday 8/3/26. I had the entire vehicle detailed inside and out, it looks brand new and it is 4 and 1/2 years old. I just had my 2018 RAV4 detailed here. There was some serious stains on the front seats. I didn't expect Sure Shine to even try to get them out of the fabric. When I was picked up at my home, I opened the door and was amazed to see ALL of the stains GONE! When we got back to Sure Shine the driver noticed that he accidently tracked a minuscule amount of dirt on the floor. He wouldn't let me take the car until he vacuumed the dirt out of the car!! The first time I went to Sure Shine it was to have my leased BMW detailed on my way to turning it in (as leased expired). I had neglected it a bit as it was a lease but then heard some stories about charges upon return. I keep my cars generally clean, but I was worried about scratches, damage from tree sap and bigger scratches from highway rocks. Sure Shine cleaned my car so good, it was better than the day first got it and I returned thar car with ZERO charges. They had even gone to BMW for OEM touch-up paint. Now I have a 2010 Benz 550 and a 2010 Shelby GT500 and bring each car to Sure Shine for a complete detail twice per year. I've never seen an owner work as hard as his/her staff but this guy works harder. I'm also impressed by his knowledge and experience, they've had to deal with sap, tar, and once a Turkey ran into my car (I swear) and left some scratches and marks on the passenger door. The car had 100 miles on it. I drove straight to Sure Shine and to my disbelief they made it look like it never happened. I'm very picky with who I let touch my cars but feel completely relaxed with Sure Shine. When the car is done, I feel like it's a brand new car and it's like it drives better (i know this can't be true but it feels that way). The prices are always much less than I used to pay the dealer and I get twice the work. No brainer. I've never had to return for something they overlooked but I'm confident they'd do whatever was needed to meet my expectations. I brought my car here to get tint done after being recommended by friends/co-workers who had it done there with excellent results. When I picked my car up there was bubbles and dirt stuck in the tint and some real nasty gouges in my front windshield. Brought it back to have it looked over with the owner who asked me "Are you sure those weren't there before?" to which I replied I knew for a fact they weren't and he told me "Well there's nothing I can do about it, if you want to buy a new windshield I'll re do the tint". Not sure why it falls on me to replace the windshield that they damaged but ok. Got some of the windows re done and they said they would squeeze out the bubbles. The tint they re did still has dirt/bubbles in it and the bubbles they said would squeeze out are still there. At this point I wish I never even got it done, all I can say is if you go here make sure you have glass coverage and don't have high expectations. read more
