Sure shot came to our home yesterday to power wash the entire exterior. My husband and I were blown away. Years of dirt and stains were removed from our stairs and sidewalk. Our siding, brick, gutters, faucets , garage door and gate columns all look brand new. These guys went above and beyond and took care of some large landscaping rocks and other areas that were outside of the scope of our work. Sure Shot came out to provide an estimate on 7/14/17 to power wash my SF home--and did the job the SAME day (yeah!). He was ready to work (even in 95 degree weather). Impressive. This was the fourth company over a 2 month period , that I'd received estimates from. I picked them because (1) Sure Shot prices were fair and reasonable, (2) outstanding customer service, starting with the phone receptionist, down to the technician, and (3) this company is solely in the power washing business- their area of expertise. I'm a little leary of companies that say they can "do it all". Sure Shot did an exceptional job on my home. Even gave close attention to two areas that had a green substance on it. After they were done, I can honestly say that I can delay getting the exterior of my home painted - for now. I will definitely be using them in the future. andre gave me a window of 10am-12pm. He called around noon and said he was on his way. I had been given another estmate fro a place called Soft Wash of $1700.00 which I thought was outrageous. I saw the ad for sure shot(in Home Mag and gave him a call. It stated in his ad "house washing from 199.99". He worked with me at deciding a fair price for the areas i wanted power washed. I had an appointment on Saturday (10/7/17) between 9:00 am - 11:00 am. The tech arrived close to 11:00 am. When the appointment was made, the scheduler asked whether the town house was an end unit or a middle unit. Although, they were informed that this was a middle unit townhouse, when the tech arrived he did not have a long enough hose. The explanation was that "Oh I didn't expect everyone to have a fence". The tech was to return to the warehouse to get a longer hose and give a call with a hour window of his return the same day. To his credit, the tech did return the call. I missed the call and returned the call to the tech within 5 minutes. NO answer and voicemail is not accepting messages.. Throughout the day, I attempted to call the tech with no answer and voicemail not accepting messages over 20 times. I finally call the office number over and over again and get the answering service. When I finally call the office on Monday morning, I am told that they would have to see what happened. When I called again later that day, I was told that the tech's phone died and he could not call or receive calls to let me know that the longer hose was not available and that he could not return. Another appointment was made during this same call for Saturday (10/14/17) between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. I was informed that this time, it would be the owner and another person because they will be going across the roof to do the job. Saturday (10/14/17), called the office at approximately 11:30 am to make sure the tech was still coming. The answering service took my name and number. No call. NO show. So on Monday, I called the office at 9:48 am. The operator informed me that she will have to check with the tech to see what happened and return my call. I called again at 11:57 am. According to the operator, the tech came to the house and knocked on the door. No answer. Also, called the number listed and no answer. I informed the operator that I was at home until 5:00 pm waiting with no call and that we have a door bell and it did not ring. The operator then tells me that the tech spoke with my neighbors. That's funny because not one neighbor said a word to me about anyone looking for me. Either way, I was home until 5:00 pm waiting. The operator was going to have the tech screen a picture showing that he called. Approximately five minutes after I spoke with the operator, I received a call from the tech. I knew the number because the operator told me what number he called from. That's funny, I have no calls on Saturday from that number but he calls 5 minutes after I spoke with the operator. Funny thing is when I answered, he stated that he must have the wrong number. I called the office back at 1:58 pm to see what is going on. This time the response is that I have not had a chance to talk to the tech. I contacted this company based on positive reviews and I overlooked the few negative reviews. After going back to read the negative reviews, it appears that they are correct. The negative reviews are all for missed and no show appointments. This must be a pattern. read more

The worse experience ever, I was scheduled to have my home power wash, I called to get the arrival of tech or the time frame, I was told I that I would get a call back, fast forward no call back tech shows up, my sister in law sees him leaving and ask what's wrong, he stated that the windows were not getting closed fast enough, so he is leaving after, my sister in law explained to him that I have a 1 month old baby that am attending to, and the tech still did not care and left after speaking with the company they sided with the tech, mind you the tech was leaving without telling anyone my sister in law just happened to see him leaving. read more

I didn't do business with this company but my neighbor did. I was sitting in my bedroom yesterday afternoon and suddenly, I hear this loud sound against my window pane. I go outside to investigate and I discover gunk all over my front yard. I looked next door and see men and hear a loud water pressuring sound. The homes in my neighborhood are connected and my neighbor got her home pressure washed. In water pressuring her home they inadvertently blew out some gunk from my gutter in the front and back of my home. The problem with this situation was when I voiced my concerns about the gunk to one man that worked for the company, he told my neighbor's mother what I told him I then I was met with rude comments and then the actual owner of the home comes around the corner with an attitude. I can't help but wonder if we were white this situation would've been dealt with in a more "professional manner." I had to call my husband and have him speak with the same man. The gunk was picked up and the company sprayed whatever gunk was left on my brick front off but had I not been home they definitely would've left my house in an utter mess and by the way I had to clean up the mess in my backyard. read more

Prices averaged 33% higher than 3 other estimates. I broke commitments to make it happen today and ended up wasting my day and patience. read more

I am extremely disappointed in Sure Shot Pressure Washing. While the house is very clean, all of the surrounding grass, trees, bushes and ornamental grasses are now dying. I am not even sure if all will grow back next year. In the meantime, my neighbor used a different pressure washing company 1 month ago and while his house is just as clean as mine, the surrounding grass, bushes, and tress are still all green. read more

Sure Shot came to my house on October 22, 2018 to wash my driveway, garage, wood deck, and wood stairs that lead to the house. They arrived on time and were done in less than an hour. However, the driveway, garage, wood deck, and wood stairs looked worse when they finished than when they began. Regarding the driveway, the driveway was already cracked before they came, but they widened the cracks by blowing out semi-loose asphalt that was between the cracks. I've pressure washed my driveway numerous times, and have never blown out this asphalt. After the asphalt was removed, there were 6-inch diameter holes in some places. On the wood deck and wood stairs, they removed the sealant in places exposing the wood underneath. They also removed the sealant on a short wood-planked wall adjacent the driveway. I never asked them to touch the wood-planked wall. In the garage, their work exposed several preexisting stains on the cement floor. I agree, the stains are not their fault. The stains were exposed when they removed the surface dirt, but they couldn't do anything about the stains. I complained about the wood and the holes in the driveway. I found myself arguing with the receptionist. The owner came to my house a few days later, but was late. He agreed to fix the holes in the driveway and to buy sealant to fix the wood. I wanted to be there when he did the repair on the driveway, but he was late, and I had to go to work. He said he lived a distance from me, and he was either going to fix it then or never. While I went to work, he headed to Lowe's to buy asphalt filler and wood sealant. Regarding the sealant, the color did not match (this is not his fault, he bought the right color, but the batch of Thompson's sealant that I finished the deck with earlier this year doesn't match the Thompson's sealant that they sell now, even though they are suppose to be the same color). I plan to strip and re-finish the wood deck and wood stairs this winter. Regarding the driveway, the owner patched some holes using the asphalt filler, but ran out and patched the others with tar. It looked awful. The tar deflated overnight, leaving the holes still open. We spoke on the phone, and he said he would finish the holes using the asphalt filler. It's now been going on six weeks, and he never came back. In short, my driveway, wood deck, and wood stairs got damaged. People have bad days, and I'm a very forgiving person, but after all the arguing, and it's been six weeks and the owner still hasn't returned, leads me to believe that they have their money and could care less about me as a customer. read more

I had an estimate done in Oct. to have my roof cleaned. On the scheduled Saturday it rained so I was rescheduled for the next week. On the following Saturday due to over scheduling they would unable to do the job and again rescheduled for the next week. Well, between wind and rain I had 3 appointments cancelled and rescheduled. The next appt. was cancelled because one of the employee's didn't report to work and they must have 2 people on a roof cleaning job. On 10/31 I again had an appt. no one showed up or called to cancel. I have called and left 5 messages since that date and have not received a call back. The telephone is never answered, you always have to leave a message and hope that Carlisa will call you back. Sure Shot Pressure Washing is a complete waste of time. read more
