My hygienist , Amanda, was simply GREAT. She is very thorough, friendly and is like having a family member serving you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . Dr Bench is Dr Bench. Smart, friendly, painless and attentive. As a highly professional doctor when you speak to him it is like a guy you are having a beer with. I really wish I went to small claims court and exposed you for excessive billing and negligence. I went to a different dentist who told me that you ripped me off and provided me with a insufficient dental plan. I payed you for dental work that was not done correctly and never worked. Perhaps you like billing your customers when you can't finish or begin a job. Other customers will see this and I hope they think twice about using your dentistry.

I had already had x-rays in March of this year and explained that I didn't feel comfortable getting x-rays again. So instead of getting a teeth cleaning, I was recommended periodontal scaling and root cleaning which was approximately $1800 plus. And needless to say, of course I didn't do that and just felt like they waste my time. So I made an appointment with my previous dentist for a tooth cleaning this week and everything should be fine. The staff was friendly had no issues. Would not recommend this place unless you have insurance.

She AND her office staff are a rare find these days. I almost hesitate to put this review out there because I don't want their office to get so many new patients that they get too busy to fit me in. But I just want people who hate going to the dentist to know it's a whole different experience there. Jasmine the receptionist answered the phone right away and got me in the same day, when I called with tooth pain. My unsaveable tooth was scheduled for extraction just 6 days later, after antibiotics. The office vibe is so "chill" and everyone who works there are happy friendly and accommodating. They do everything to make you feel relaxed and calm and you feel like you're in very good hands and can trust them to take good care of you. I only felt a couple pinches of the novacaine and that's it. Dr Ingy was so calm pulling my tooth and explained any unusual sounds to me as just normal. She even hummed a few times. Her assistant was equally awesome and put on music for me and took very good care of me. I'm so excited to finally have found a dentist who really cares and I don't have to be afraid to go no matter what's going on with my teeth. I can't thank Dr Ingy and her staff enough.

During COVID-19 plenty of offices have been closed, but this office has accommodated for its patients. They have done such a great job with keeping a minimum amount of patients in the building at a time to ensure everyone's safety. The doctor in the office is just as welcoming as Cheri in the front. Dr.Chugh is so pleasant and extremely thorough. She explained what was to be done and what was going on in my mouth. Which is more than any other dentist I have been to had ever done.
