I had a contract and deposit schedule with a valid credit card and all details submitted. Two weeks later I was surprised to receive the message, "You booked online, I will reject your order. We are completely sold out." I told them I have a contract but they said actually your reservation is just a request that must be approved at some point (no one explained when that might happen).
