Once we picked out a few pieces Diane helped us into the dressing room, gave honest, dead on advice and brought more pieces that augmented our selections. She stayed beyond closing, never once mentioning we were keeping her. In the end I got two hats, two swim tops and a bottom I could use with both tops. My mom got a coverup. Pricing was actually very reasonable, although there were some high end lines. Diane was worth her weight in gold. Will go there again next year when we are back in town.

Seriously, if you don't find what you're looking for then you're being just way too picky, or you just got tired halfway through the store since there's so many different things to choose from. Of course, swimwear is not cheap, but they have a pretty big clearance room in the back, with stuff between 30 and 50% off. They also have some beach clothing, flip flops, hats, and kitschy beach decor. Even if you're not a bikini person, still check out this store, they have a lot of cute stuff.

I emailed and got no response. Then I called and the response I got was, "well it takes awhile since we custom make everything". Umm...but your website says most orders ship within 7-10 business days. Maybe you shouldn't say that if it isn't true?? It took another week and a half to finally get my order. So, basically I waited almost a month to get my swimsuit. I just got the order on time to wear the suit before my vacation. The swimsuit was OK, but I wasn't 100% thrilled with the fit. I checked the return policy and it said you had 30 days to return from the date on the invoice. Well guess what? The date on my invoice wasn't the date they shipped it, it was the date I ordered it. By the time I got the suit it was like day 27. So, I just said screw it and kept the swimsuit because I didn't want to deal with the mess of sending it back and then them saying it was beyond the 30 days or some crap like that. How are you going to give people 30 days from the date of their order to return something and they don't even get the item till almost the end of those 30 days? If you want good quality swimsuits and better customer service I would suggest you try Venus Swimwear or Victoria's Secret....they are so much better.

I didn't want to get sun burnt so took a short walk to this surf shop to buy a tee shirt. I was pleasantly surprised. They have some really nice clothing and beach wear at what I thought were fair prices. I wound up buying two tee shirts. They did not have many XXL size shirts so I didn't have much to choose from that would fit me. I saw some really nice skateboards and decks on display that are worth looking at if you are a skater. One guy (I believe was the manager) hit on my wife and made vulgar comments. At first I thought he was joking, then realized he was serious. The owner was screaming at a female employee in front of everyone while she was crying. It was the most bazaar experience I have had in a while. There are plenty of good quality CLEAN beach stores near by. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this one. Thanks for reading
