Once we picked out a few pieces Diane helped us into the dressing room, gave honest, dead on advice and brought more pieces that augmented our selections. She stayed beyond closing, never once mentioning we were keeping her. In the end I got two hats, two swim tops and a bottom I could use with both tops. My mom got a coverup. Pricing was actually very reasonable, although there were some high end lines. Diane was worth her weight in gold. Will go there again next year when we are back in town.

The sales girl was sweet as can be and extremely helpful while not being pushy. While not really for me, this is a great shop for the younger crowd. They have a huge selection of all the popular styles. Is it expensive? Yes they carry higher end brands. If you want cheap swimwear go to Target. Quality swimwear for women is expensive and always has been. The swimwear here is organized by style and size and everything is sold as separates which is great. Got 3 suits for my daughters. The changing rooms are comfy and it really was the best swimwear shopping experience we've had in awhile.

I emailed and got no response. Then I called and the response I got was, "well it takes awhile since we custom make everything". Umm...but your website says most orders ship within 7-10 business days. Maybe you shouldn't say that if it isn't true?? It took another week and a half to finally get my order. So, basically I waited almost a month to get my swimsuit. I just got the order on time to wear the suit before my vacation. The swimsuit was OK, but I wasn't 100% thrilled with the fit. I checked the return policy and it said you had 30 days to return from the date on the invoice. Well guess what? The date on my invoice wasn't the date they shipped it, it was the date I ordered it. By the time I got the suit it was like day 27. So, I just said screw it and kept the swimsuit because I didn't want to deal with the mess of sending it back and then them saying it was beyond the 30 days or some crap like that. How are you going to give people 30 days from the date of their order to return something and they don't even get the item till almost the end of those 30 days? If you want good quality swimsuits and better customer service I would suggest you try Venus Swimwear or Victoria's Secret....they are so much better.

One guy (I believe was the manager) hit on my wife and made vulgar comments. At first I thought he was joking, then realized he was serious. The owner was screaming at a female employee in front of everyone while she was crying. It was the most bazaar experience I have had in a while. There are plenty of good quality CLEAN beach stores near by. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this one. Thanks for reading
