I always believe in listing a con and I can only really think of 2. Which is parking for guest. If you don't want to pay for parking your only real option is infront of the Holiday in which can be a bit much for anyone with small kids or when the weather is a bit extreme. The second is security. It would be cool if they installed a limited access elevator. Oh well still love it here. Suzanne does tend to get really busy so I would recommend using their web pg to contact her to get on the waiting list. People rarely move out and when they do spots fill up quickly. This was never discussed and completely changed after we applied.... Very very upsetting and stressful felt like we were misleading after we thought everything was all set . The only reason I am leaving is because I bought a house otherwise I would have renewed in a heart beat! The apartment is gorgeous. Feels more like a condo more than an apartment. It has large windows, a lot of space and had brand new carpet when I moved in. The only minor critique I would make is the counter tops are Formica which cheapens the overall look of the apartment but I noticed they have been upgrading them in other units so it's only a matter of time before my unit gets them as well. The complex is incredible. You are literally feet away from a gym, moving theater, restaurants, hair salon, coffee shops and more. The complex also has a great game room, business room and new 24/7 package room. The on-site team is great! Amanda, Gabe and their office team are so nice and always willing to help. Maintenance is wonderful and often completed repairs same day. Overall absolutely loved living here. Would recommend this to everyone!

I also noticed that when I leave early for work, there is ALWAYS a maintenance main cleaning up around the complex. I've never had any issues with the staff and have always found everyone polite and quick to respond if any issues occur. Parking is a challenge but this is the first apartment I've ever lived in so I'm sure parking is a huge challenge in most places, especially one as large this. Patty is fantastic and has always gone out of her way to help when needed. Be ready for lots of kids and craziness during the summer but that's something I enjoy. I've only had to call for maintenance once in the time that I've lived here and it was for my garbage disposal and it was fixed the next day. I would recommend anyone to live here as long as your family only has 1 or 2 cars, anymore than that would be big challenge. Thumbs up from me!!!
