I only found this out when I came to use them again in 2020 and they were terrible. They did not seem to understand the situation nor provided any options. I ended up going with one of the big banks, as it was a considerably better rate and package. These guys have gone downhill since they started, it seems.

I got mortgage renewal for my house a few months back. I have to say Jerry along with his office…read morestaff including his office manager were great to deal with. I was able to arrange all the paperwork without even visiting his office once because I lived about 45 minutes away. So It was great to be able to get all the paperwork and related requirements completed without driving all the way there, using only fax and emails. A few times, I had to call Jerry a bit late in the evenings and couple of times on the weekends. I was always able to get through and had my questions or concerns answered. Some people just look for better rate, even if it is only 5 basis points better. But Jerry was not only to get me best rate but I got great terms with my mortgage. I would definitely talk with Jerry and his office next time I will be needing a mortgage. I would have given the rating of 5 stars but only because of one reason. I believe every person and/or business has room for improvement. Nobody should consider themselves perfect because that's when a person's or business' growth stops. I think everybody should strive for doing even better. That is the only reason for 4 stars.
