I worked for them for 10 years at the Las Vegas location which has since closed. If you aren't the outgoing, sales type personality, you probably won't like it here. Here's the job...you have to cold call people at home during evening hours and during the day Sat & Sun. The shift is 6 hours. Not easy because you have a quota. It's called "making rate." You have to make rate pretty consistently to be promoted. Like anything...you start out low and move up. Getting people to speak to you is a challenge and then you have to keep them on the phone until you finish. There are a number of rules that when kept, help your presentation to sound professional. This is great training ground for any other "phone room" job. You can't cheat or you'll get fired. They have won awards for their integrity and expertise in the "Survey" industry (which is an offshoot of marketing). To leave a review just repeating "this place sucks" attests to the character of the author. It's simply not true. Every workplace has it's problems and if you are not willing to work within a framework built to achieve quality results, then you don't belong here. Go work at Micky D's. I actually hated it here at times. I had to learn to filter out the public's reactions. Most of the USA is really ignorant and rude. However, I enjoyed doing the survey, which I was very good at because my verbal I.Q. is high so I enjoyed all the vocabulary and reading for understanding. read more
