Horrible communication as a property management company. They strung us along for a full week after…read morewe applied and paid their application fees. They even put a hard inquiry on our credit report which is unusual given the fact most management companies use sources that will not effect your credit score. I realize the Los Angeles market is competitive and that they want to essentially collect as many applications as possible before making a decision but they were not honest about doing this and came up with excuse after excuse for why we had not received an answer. It even took me finally pressing them for them to reveal they chose a different applicant. Would not recommend them unless you want a few points removed from your credit score.
