He even told us details of the case of the person he was defending ((nice)) right!? Well my boyfriend used him for his divorce and decided he would pay the consult and he gave me a packet of papers to fill out.... ((Divorce information)) the MAIN information he asks about is addictions, like that's really all... I decided against the divorce!! He refused to give me a REFUND!!! A divorce costs $1500 it was PAID IN FULL I went to his office he was UPSET told me I should've called first to request a refund, I explained I wanted to come in to explain the details of why I chose not to go thru with the divorce. He said he'd ask his brother if they could refund me. He then called my boyfriend to tell him the thinks I'm on drugs and that's why I want my money back!? When my…read morefiance's ex wife tried to take custody from him, Pickard suggested we not fight her in court and to go along with what the FOC suggested after a referee hearing. We later found out that he was going on vacation and did not want to have to cancel to try our case in front of the judge. Additionally, he has a "friendship" with the person at FOC that wrote the recommendation for the custody situation and he did not want to challenge her recommendation. Pickard charged us a $2500 retainer fee for representing us in a custody battle (we lost) and a child support evaluation (we lost)... after both were completed, he decided to tack another $555 onto our bill! Pickard is a snake, and not in a good way, he will not fight for you while taking you for every hard earned penny you make. Look elsewhere if you want someone that will fight for you.

After we settled a custody agreement, Chris wanted me to pay the balance due, so i did. Then after, even though we still had to schedule a second hiring for child support, Chris stopped returning my calls and messages. For 8 months i kept calling and never got a call back or a hiring scheduled! It has now been a year since and i can not believe his actions!! I recommend NEVER go to him, or if you do do not pay until everything is finished no matter what!! VERY ANGRY with him after all the money i spent for his services!!!
