It's been 2 years since going through a divorce. Tom represented me during this. I definitely…read moredon't recommend his services for this type of work. I don't think my best interests were looked out for. I ended up with the worst deal in the history of divorces. I've consulted other attorneys since and they're shocked - The worst deal ever. The end result was so 1 sided to my ex that most are shocked that I H-D any representation at all. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Don't let him do the same to you and your family! I would give zero stars if possible. Mr. Thomas…read moreRamunda Jr. has been the trustee of my grandparents trust since 2018 and has never notified me that he was appointed the trustee, and never notified me that a trust even existed and that I was even a beneficiary of their trust until 5 months after my Grandmothers passing. ALL these things are failures of his fiduciary duties as a trustee. I requested a full accounting of my grandparents trust and he said it would be sent out back in February, which was a lie. When questioned about this he said he was waiting on Zions bank in Utah for information and it would go out in the week of 3/15/21. When this didn't happen, he stopped replying to my texts and emails and hired an attorney. He's made it very clear his intention of not complying with any of the beneficiaries' requests. And to add to it I have recently learned he sold my grandparents property in Utah without notifying the beneficiaries about it. His actions as trustee make it clear to us that it is more about dispersing $$$ from the trust to him and less about dispersing $$$ to the beneficiaries. I've reported him to the Colorado bar and now we have to hire an attorney to remove him as trustee.
