YOU ARE SEEN ON TIME! I have only been going for a few months, but my last doctor's office (I will…read morenot mention names) never. ever. kept. an. appointment. I would come in 15 minutes early and sit there for upwards of 45 minutes before going to a room and then sit in the room for another 30 minutes. Here - they must be scheduling wizards because on the three visits I have had, I was checked in, sat for about a minute (ok, maybe 5... maybe) and was then seen by the assistant and then within minutes the physician. An appointment that would have taken my close to two hours previously was like 20 minutes. I LOVE THAT. Not only that, everyone, from the front receptionist to Dr. Sobhani was courteous, attentive and helpful. Top-notch medical care, efficiently... isn't that what we all want?

I feel truly blessed to have found a doctor who leads with such humanity. His staff is just as wonderful--especially Lily, who is always kind, respectful, and incredibly supportive, both in person and over the phone. I've already referred Dr. Mazhari to my family, and he is now their trusted doctor too. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for genuine, caring, and exceptional care.

Waiting time was less than 15min. Front desk was very professional and friendly. Medical assistant and scribe were very helpful during the visit. The second worst is the Vienna location and the best pick is the Fairfax location. I have too many criticisms and horrid experiences to write about concerning this place. My mother was seeing a PA Tran for many years. This person claimed my mother had "white coat" high blood pressure. Not true. My mother had unmanaged high blood pressure for YEARS! Years! This was going for years! She should have asked my mother to take her blood pressure at home and get some sort of a record of what was actually going on. Also...once my mother had dangerously high sodium levels. What was the PA's response...she called my mother and told her to eat something really salty and get another test right away. My mother ate a bag of potato chips and when retested...sodium was normal. Nothing more was said or done about it. My mother SHOULD have been invited to retest in about 3 months and a sharp eye should have been on that. Fast forward in time...my mother BLACKED OUT DUE TO LOW SODIUM LEVELS AND A UTI and suffered a concussion. Yes! I blame her. I do! I also brought my mother in to get 3-5 stitches taken out above her eye. The PA said she did not feel comfortable doing it. This was after yammering about her childhood and her mother and father and daughters for the entire appointment. I got her away from that fraud but...I am not certain of the present experiences either. Staff...I have encountered 2 staff members worth anything there. Communication....poor. The portal works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't . Their computers are always crashing. I had the worst time getting anyone to take her blood pressure seriously at all. You can never get a straight answer out of some of these so called medical professionals. I could go on and on and on but I am just too disgusted with the entire outfit. My mother hates change though. I suppose she likes rewarding bad behavior. I on the other hand...DO NOT. If you want that vibe that makes you feel as if you are getting a physical right outside of Port Authority...go here. If not...stay away. I hate leaving this review here. I do. It is the truth though, and I feel and think that I must speak up. This is the Jiffy Lube of medicine and YOU ARE NOT A CAR.

It's a standing hands-on panoramic machine (ref: image) that scans measurements and assess the baseline ranging in results: needs improvement, average, and ideal before consultation w/ the doctors scheduled. Dr Park is very informative and she has great bedside manners! She has given me great advices, referrals, and diet plans, medicinal prescriptions, pre-op, post op, and after my random illness or condition(s). She is also Asian-American; whereas I feel more comfortable getting ongoing medical screenings with since we can relate to one another. Her staff is very welcoming, pleasant, and professional. They provide detailed instructions during intake and check out process. I would suggest anyone seeking primary care to switch to Heale Medical. They have a great email subscription that inboxes new treatments or promotional services, and their patient portal web site is user-friendly. You can easily access the web site for lab results and referrals. They also offer a patient Membership with monthly charges that includes nutritionist consultation and earlier available appointment booking availability. Check out their web site (healemedical.com/) for videos and more info. Overall I like how streamlined all of: the electronic documentations, interior medical office decor design, and medical services Heale Medical continues to provide... there are plentiful same ground level free patient parking spaces

I'm a pretty boring patient and I might…read moreget sick once a year but Dr. Ham still went through the whole gamut of questions asking about sleeping abnormalities, headaches, joint pain, allergies, asthma, family medical ailments, thyroid problems, orthopedic problems. He took the time to ask me several times if there were things that I wanted to discuss with him which I appreciated because I did have questions that I forgot. At the end of my visit, he gave me directions to the lab near his office and answered my questions about fasting before the test. He could have easily passed me off to one of his staff to answer those questions but he didn't. When I first arrived, the receptionist was on the phone and had me sign in but didn't give further direction. I sat around for a few minutes wondering if she was going to provide me with paperwork once she was at a good stopping point with her task, but she didn't. Finally, I asked one of the nurse practitioners who showed up around reception if I needed to fill out paperwork and she gave me a clipboard. There were a few elderly couples who may be longtime patients which could be interpreted as proof of a good family doctor. The receptionist told me that Dr. Ham inherited the practice from his father and that he's "well liked." She said Dr. Durr joined the practice about 6 years ago. There was a waiting list the receptionist was calling for patients who wanted appointments. If you're looking for a doctor, Dr. Ham is accepting new patients. In case your insurance doesn't cover stuff or you have a co-pay, bring your checkbook or a wad of cash. No credit cards. The office only accepts physicals on certain days. A regular visit is 15 minutes long and a physical is 45 minutes so make sure you communicate what you need to the receptionist when scheduling so you have enough time with Dr. Ham or Dr. Durr.

It's not like you're going to the doctor looking for a great experience, but these people are simultaneously rude, officious and unhelpful. Just can't be bothered with helping you, which is weird, because it's their job. I've never once had a good interaction with his staff. Not on the phone, not in the office, not ever. They must be relatives, because otherwise I cant figure out how in the world these people keep jobs that they so self-apparently hate.
