THE BEST bullet we've ever bitten - Neveen turned out to be completely everything we wanted in our experience - she's kind, she's patient, she's thoughtful, she's detail oriented, attentive - I could go on and on, but the word I would use to describe working with her is - seamless. She's extremely efficient and an effective communicator. There was never any "chasing" involved - you contact her, she responds. You have a question, she answers. Overall - Neveen is also extremely empathetic and she can just read you on an energetic level. She could tell right away when we weren't feeling a listing, but goes out of her way to not only show you listings you want, but to point out listings you want to avoid. We were pretty aggressive with showings, and my partner and I were able to find a home in two weeks. I can't stress this enough: Sylvia was extremely patient with us, especially as our home criteria frequently changed: from detached homes in Pickering and Ajax to condos in Toronto.
