today my neices went into the store while me and my sister(their mom) stayed in the car to handle…read morean issue at our workplace. They then came out and told us about a very unpleasant experience that happened between them and 2 workers. One of my nieces picked up a hairspray and tried it on her hair. I do understand that this shouldn't happen but this isn't the issue. After my niece tried it on her hair the women said she couldn't do that, she then said"okay I'm sorry" and kept shopping. The first employee called a woman named Monica and then hunted down my nieces and started talking to the wrong one about how you shouldn't do this and that they don't have testers. they came out to the car and told us they felt unsafe and scared since Monica hunted them down. the staff was essentially making a big deal out of something that isn't. if I had to describe this in one word it would be UNPROFESSIONAL. thank you for your time.
