My most recent visit was for my birthday last month. Its hard celebrating being away from family and friends but the staff truly made me feel special. They went above and beyond to always check up on me and make sure I was enjoying the entire evening. There were so many courses that I barely finished all my food. My favorites definitely were the nori crisps, hiramasa kingfish, and miso caramelized 'glacier 51' toothfish. The staff are efficient and friendly, ambiance is wood tones with the conveyor belt around the bar, but some separate booths too that I didn't recall seeing the conveyor belt pass by-- so touchscreen order only? Main thing was that the conveyor belt barely had any nigiri on it, almost all rolls, and many of the rolls were deep fried stuff like chicken tempura rolls or shrimp tempura rolls, so for most of the raw (or even seared) fish items you had to order off the old school resistive-screen-touch tablet at each seat. Which seems reasonable for freshness but also a seeming minus for the actual conveyor belt experience.
