I recommend the Ebi Jo but it's so hard to pick a favourite....even when we ordered the saki (or saquê), although it came cold the staff were more than happy to oblige our request to heat some for us. This place has only been open a few months but is already clearly a popular place on Friday nights for families and groups of friends alike. This was our first time dining here, but I was so impressed, that it certainly won't be my last. Unlike most sushi restaurants, the first thing I noticed was that the sushi is not "jumbo" sized, but properly bite-sized. The presentation of their platters is artistic and they have some beautiful creations that I've never encountered elsewhere. The service is professional, but not overly fawning. The décor is tasteful and classically charming. Their prices are very, very reasonable for the quality of their food creations. I would say that Sushi Yoshi is one of the top 2 or 3 sushi restaurants in the Northeast of Brazil, so it goes without saying that I highly recommend this restaurant.
