Time, after school when they are starving. Verdict, YUMMY! The ultimate compliment from the 18 year old, a man of few words, guy: "This is really good, why isn't there any more!" Little Miss 16 year old: "It had really good, interesting flavours. I wanted more!" According to the 14 year old: "They have a really big range of sushi with different spices, herbs, flavours, everything to make it delicious. I particularly like their cheap as chips miso in a mug, a healthier and cheaper alternative to coffee. If you haven't tried it before then let me fill you in, in layman's terms, it is a cloudy warm soup made from miso paste, a soy bean paste, salty, but full of nutrients, it will come with little bits of seaweed, not much though and most miso soups (I can't recall if this one does, has spring onions, also a very small amount, but big on flavour). It may have fish/seafood by products, so check first if you are allergic or vego. I find Miso soup particularly comforting through the winter months, and probably helps fight some of the winter bugs if you drink it often enough. My other favourite thing about this place is the sushi of course! The have a large variety to choose from and lots of staff members busy on their feet ready to assist. You will never be ignored here. They are easy to find, right across from the Countdown supermarket.

We are big Japanese food fans and were happy to see the new place arrive, although I was a little nervous about their credibility due to the cartoon-ish looking characters on the signs out the front. Inside is a little comical as well but in a cool way; the sushi is set up really well in sealed transparent cabinets that allow for easy selection and self service. Also, the food is super cheap, they have the brightest looking wasabi and ginger that I have ever seen, they offered friendly, helpful service and the food was fresh and delicious! They also have a food hygiene sign of A, despite the fact that they have only opened within the month, which makes me suspicious of my dinner nearby a few nights ago in Avondale at a takeaway shop ('All Wrapped Up') that have been open for almost six months and have a sign that reads "grade pending due to new business".... hmmmm....
