The tastes and textures come perfectly together in this one, with buttery avocado, crispy cucumber, creamy cheese and gristly mushroom creating a delicious combination. Everything tastes great, not just sushi - if I were to pick one non-sushi choice to recommend, it would be salmon yakitori with bacon and garlic butter - it's a must-eat. Highly recommended.
