i have always wanted to try this place since it opened and has been on my bucket list ever since. i always liked the idea of a revolving sushi bar so you can always see with your eyes first and then taste it after! i always enjoyed going to Kura before but I felt like the quality just wasn't good and i didn't know any other revolving sushi bar places. my friends and i decided to try it and omg this place did not disappoint at all! the place is small but super clean and organized with a modern look. servers were super helpful and would constantly asked if we needed any help. the only downside would be the very long waitlist but it's in the marketplace so you can easily walk around to different stores to kill time! i'm someone who rarely eats nigiri's because i felt like most places the fish was 'too fishy' and it made me sick. but i was so surprised when i tried the salmon and it was so good!! everything tasted super fresh, melted in my mouth, and didn't leave a bad taste. this was the most amount of raw fish i've ever eaten with the perfect fish to rice ratio! i enjoyed all of the sushi and didn't feel like crap after finishing! everything was so so amazing!! my friends and i are already thinking about when to come back as we keep thinking about how delicious everything was. the salmon and the toro were my absolute favorites! would definitely come back again as it is now one of my favorite spots! Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my SushiRev visit. I came her for my daughter's birthday after she waited excitedly many weeks to try this. We were seated and ready to grab some sushi from the revolving belt, but it was 95% empty. Literally maybe 1 out of every 20 plates had sushi on it. We ordered some things from the tablet but I could have gone to any sushi restaurant and done this, we wanted a revolving sushi experience where we eat first with our eyes, then with our mouths. We did come at 9pm on a Friday and they close at 10p so maybe that is why? But they should have let us know there is nothing on the belts this late. Tried this place for the first time with my friend. Her & I arrived there around 2:45, the wait was about an hour & a half with 49 tables ahead. The wait times are crazy, & there is no estimated seat time unless you ask. When you walk into the restaurant, it is very small, most seats being for parties of 2, and one big table in one of the corners. There is no designated host stand, so the seating system is a bit chaotic; too many people waiting & it's too small of a space. When we finally sat, it's nice to grab sushi from the conveyer belt & start eating, but if you want specific items or specialty rolls, you have to order from the tablet. We ordered a couple of specialty rolls when we sat down, but didn't receive them until about 25 mins later after we had asked a server about it, while everyone else was getting their order. From reading the reviews, I anticipated receiving free miso, but when asked, they said they don't do it anymore. However, from reading reviews of people who came on the same day, they said that they did receive the miso? I'm not sure what happened there. I also anticipated the water to be room temp-- which it was. When asked about ice, our server said that the water is already cold, but it wasn't. The quality & taste of the food was actually very good, especially for a conveyer belt sushi place. Another win for them is that their prices are extremely reasonable for what is served. You definitely get more bang for your buck here. $3.75 for each plate on the conveyer & about $3.75-$5.75 for the items ordered on the tablet. Overall, they need to get a better system going, I'm not sure if we were lied to about the miso, but I would return once the craze for this place dies down because waiting over an hour is not worth it. This was a fun experience with our family. My daughter loved watching the revolving sushi and the robot food delivery system. All of the truffle sushi were amazing. Just ok. Better than Kura for sure and around bit more expensive (spent ~$75 before tip for two), but there's better value elsewhere for sushi. Service and atmosphere were good, though admittedly we didn't ask for much throughout the meal so your miles may vary. One huge turnoff and the reason we left our meal early is that the employee allowed a couple to dine inside with what was obviously not a service dog and to make it worse didn't stop the couple from seating the dog on the bench right next to the conveyor belt shuttling sushi to other tables. We couldn't finish our meal after seeing that and chose to left asap. It's obviously the fault of the socially maladjusted couple for thinking a dog sitting next to revolving sushi would be acceptable, but I suppose we can't expect class or common sense from everyone. That's where the restaurant should have enforced basic health regulations and asked the couple to leave the dog outside. So to summarize, sushi is good, ambiance is good, but there is better value to be had elsewhere and I don't want to have to keep an eye out for basic health and cleanliness, especially around raw fish. read more

First time trying this place after the grand opening hype died down a bit so the wait time was much more reasonable. The plates off the conveyor belt are all $3.75. but the selections were limited. There are other items and more premier selections off the iPad. You can place max of 6 items every 5 minutes. This is to help ease the kitchen since there are not a lot of staff at the back of the house. The plates are all similar to any other revolving sushi place. I went on a Saturday night, the restaurant closes at 10 pm. But at 8:30, there was practically nothing on the conveyor belt. The waitress told me that because they are close to last call. But 1.5 hrs before the posted closing time seems a bit early to me. And I am in there to experience the revolving sushi plates. If I have to order off the iPad, then I can do that at pretty much any other sushi place. Overall, I think the competition has more selections, the conveyor belt has less empty treys. This place "is what it is." In other words, it's another revolving sushi place, so adjust your expectations. The food is okay. A lot of the sushi that you see on the belt looks really sloppy and unappetizing. In addition to that, depending on where you sit, there's not a lot of selection. We spent a lot of our time just sitting and waiting for something good to come on the belt, but it was half empty all the time...they just don't make them fast enough in the kitchen. So then we started ordering from the tablet. We found out the quality is much better when you order from the tablet. But, that kinda ruins the fun of a revolving sushi place, no? The service is really chaotic. The server forgot our drinks and we had to keep flagging someone down. Even when we ordered the food through the tablet, we sat waiting for what felt like a lifetime, and when nothing came, we flagged down a server who informed us the order didn't make it through to the kitchen at all (we checked the tablet and confirmed we submitted the order). I feel like the quality is what I'd expect from a revolving sushi place...similar to supermarket sushi, I guess. The service is slow and chaotic. The belt is often half empty and picked through.
