The Baked Scallop roll is truly unique and deliciously garlicky, salmon generously draped the Red Dragon roll, and the salmon Nigiri was the best I've had. I was even pleasantly surprised by complimentary miso soup on the cold day I came in. The restaurant has a zen, yet playful vibe, and I enjoyed the music. Probably the best sushi meal I've ever had.

However, there was a guy working in this place, and I am not sure if he is Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, but he seemed to be a racist. We are a family of five, and we had kids with us. I felt that he didn't want our kids to be noisy, as his expressions were evident every time he passed our table. He greeted every other table with a big smile, but not ours. When we were leaving, my niece and sister made some noise while getting the baby's stroller, and I could hear him say "PATIEEENCEE.." and look at his colleagues while laughing/smiling sarcastically. This behavior felt very discriminatory. He doesn't seem to respect other customers unless he is the one assigned to their table or orders. To the management, please take action regarding this employee. It's humiliating and unacceptable.

Dare I say the best ramen I have ever tasted!! The tofu was cooked to perfection, the miso soup mix integrated with the ramen noodles and tofu went amazing! Personally I got mine without egg due to preference, but I really recommend going to this restaurant in the mall!! Best comfort food and taste for a snowy day!

There are several Teriyaki Experience eateries located across Canada and a few international locations too. For the teriyaki dishes and noodle soups, it's order by number. Most dishes are priced $6.99-$9.99. Add a bottled water & spring roll for $2.69. I stopped here for lunch recently while shopping at the mall. There was quite a line here during the lunch rush, which moved along quickly, order and pay first and the food is freshly cooked & grilled down the line. I ordered the Teriyaki Beef ($7.89 plus HST) for my lunch topped with Pan-Asian Temptation sauce. The portion size was good served on a paper plate. The hot teriyaki dish was piled with thick soft udon noodles, a good amount of tender pieces of grilled beef, fresh veggies, and a spicy ginger sauce. The zesty and slightly spicy flavors and the ingredients of the dish meshed very well. I really enjoyed my quick lunch in the food court and I was
