So found this place on a spur of the moment. Was traveling in Liege to get a waffle (must do btw)…read moreand my two friends started talking about Japan and ramen. Found Ninja Ramen near shopping and the theater district. Walked in just after opening so no trouble finding a table. The atmosphere was nice and they gave attention to details to make you feel like you were in Japan. Our server was very attentive and spoke English, French and German and was well briefed on Ramen and Japanese culture. Great drink selection and ramen options. Food was good and would have given the place a 5 but the ramen was from a package and still in block form when arrived at table. After some patience and stirring it was good to go. Can definitely see returning.
