Very fresh great selection and 22 pieces was all my (before hungry) stomach could handle. I sat at sushi bar to watch the Quebecois (non Asian) trained sushi chefs. These guys can roll some "mechant" damm good rolls! If the chef's are reading my recommendation******* They need to season their rice a bit better and it would taste fresher. A mix of more rice wine vinegar (unseasoned) and light mirin would do wonders to the rice! A solid 4/5!
