We love Japanese food but whilst on holidays you tend to go for the local cuisine. After many meals of pasta, pizza, bruschetta and prosecco it was a welcomed change. Sophisticated, cool ambience. The lights were low and the mood was sophisticated. Couples, friends, travellers, locals and families filled this Japanese restaurant. The menu is divided between sushi, nigiri, teppanyaki etc and it's easy to navigate. The food is exquisite, delicate flavours of Japanese cuisine. It was a little pricey but the quality of the dishes made it justified. Happily recommended this restaurant to fellow travellers and locals.

The restaurant is pretty, an organic feel with plants and greenery to go with the otherwise sleek decor. Service was curt but efficient, menu has English descriptions. Drinks, cover charge and dessert are not included in the €29 but were not unreasonably priced. Tiramisu was €6, large bottle of sparkling water was €3 for example. Also the nigiri was slightly small, about 2/3 normal size, but since you can just order more it doesn't overly matter! A good spot for a date and come hungry!

There are not many tables,however there are four tables outside. It is quite cold here in November at night so they have two heaters in their tent. There are also blankets available. You have to order from a table as you walk in and are served at a table when one becomes available. The fresh water eel is very good and comes with grapes, bean sprout salad a small portion of sukiaki pork with miso soup. This not a fancy restaurant by any means. Flimsy paper napkins and bamboo chop sticks for fast food. The taste and quality seemed better than average and the staff was polite and efficient.
