The classic cocktails (Pina Coladas and Daiquiris) were perfect and came in tiki glasses, which highlight the particular style of this place. The house cocktail was too sweet to my taste, but that's the price I pay to be adventurous. The food was really good and came in large portions ; we struggled to finish our dishes. We had a Pad Thai and a sweet and sour crispy chicken, as well as the mixed starter plate. The staff was really reactive to our reservation request and flexible when we showed up early. The waitresses were also really kind and patient. The only downside is that the service was too fast, which didn't let us the time to fully enjoy the atmosphere. I would recommend to go there twice, once for diner before the sun sets, and a second time at night to have drinks. If you want to have both diner and drinks, make sure to book a table after sunset - and make sure to manage your hunger until then - so you can enjoy the particular atmosphere. Think to book a table on their website to be seated in one of there original locations (caban, bubble, etc.) - the place is busy due in particular to the numerous hotels around the place.

We called the manager who didn't understand a word of Spanish or English so the guy from kitchen came out saying "I'm the boss" and proceded to screamed at us, to wave the menu in our faces and blame us for the mistake. If your menu is not clear is not my fault and if your waiter cannot take an order correct you not f**# dare blame it on me! We realize there's have been a misundetanding with the order before it came out and tried to correct it only to be scream at and called cheap bcs we refuse to pay for smtg we didn't order and tried to stop then from bringing!!!
