NO ONE!!BECAUSE YOU DON'T PUT SCREWS THOUGH THE BOTTOM IT WILL LEAK, That is what I am dealing with and I have called Woodco and they said that is how they install all of their windows. I was a window installer in Virginia and that was a know no-no. I am trying to figure a way to fix these or I will have to replace them. Too bad I did not see this when they installed the windows because I would have never paid them. DO NOT SHOP WOODCO YOU WILL REGRET IT.
