Company said that they cannot provide a recycle receptacle but that it would go in with the regular trash without any charge. Now they doubled my monthly bill because they consider recycling material as trash. Why is it my problem to have to pay extra to recycle when this company cannot provide a separate trash can especially when we are all trying to do the right thing to protect the environment. They're the only service so they don't have to be good. I can't give no stars so I have to give one. I can't be negative enough in so little space. The end result is I was charged for a month's service but they removed the receptacle and so did not provide any service and have not refunded my money. The only other business I've had so much trouble with was CenturyLink. read more
