David did not believe in me or my case, but believed the insurance company and their bogus claims of false information about me and my accident. As result, David sent me an email telling me that he would not represent me in my case, and to find yourself another lawyer. So I did, Davis Miles Law firm, and I won. If you need a real lawyer that will believe in you and fight for your case, this is not the guy.

He said he needed to check on something before he took on my case and set up a phone conference 2 days later after he did some research. He never called. I called his office and they repeatedly told me he'd call me back. After 3 phone calls over the course of a month I sent an email just stating I needed to know one way or another if he could take the case. I stated there'd be no hard feelings if he doesn't have the time but I just needed to know so I could move on to another lawyer. Nada. No response. Because my case is time sensitive (needs to legally be filed within 6 months of death) I felt it was pretty unprofessional to just ignore a client when the clock is ticking. The next place I called took my case the next day and spent 2 hours with me on the phone and I get weekly updates on what's happening. There are better, more responsive firms out there. This one seems like a headache.

Dr. Has faxed info 4 times. ExpressScripts refuses to contact Dr. any way except fax (which is not being effective) to straighten out their communication issue. Call center is terrible, automated system takes 10 seconds between each prompt. Takes 4-5 minutes to just get through it. Call center people are stuck in their scripts and unable to think outside it. I have given up and am using Walgreens. I will complain to the insurance company because ExpressScripts is incompetent and Optum is much better.
