If I could give zero stars I would. This review is for the Ceres Sutter Health facility. It wasn't by choice to come here since my Sutter Health doctor is at the Modesto location. But since I needed to be seen by someone this is where they sent me. The NP Kaur was useless. She was not helpful at all. She has an attitude that she is better than anyone. I don't care how many degrees you have etc. Do your job and help your patients. When you work in the medical field you must listen to your patients and assist them. Have compassion and empathy for your patients. Don't try to pull the race card on me or use reverse racism. I won't put up with it. This facility employs those who can't make it in the big leagues in the medical field. They are mediocre to say the least. read more

What a fucking shit hole!!! My doctor is closed for 14 days due to COVID-19, so I had to go to Sitter Gould Occupational Health. DR? Singh, occupational health "doctor" told me I couldn't have pain in my groin die to lower back pain. Luckily, I've been to a real doctor and know better. He is an, in my opinion, a total idiot! Staff if always friendly. Dr's are great but i have had to wait 1 hr after my appointment time to be seen.

Patient Care is costly, and inefficient. We moved to the area about six months ago at the beginning of the year and my wife and I began the process of establishing new doctors for ourselves and our kids. Sutter-Gould is accepted by our medical insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) and located nearby. They are part of Sutter health with has pretty decent to good reviews online. We started by stopping by the office after making the first appointment and picking up the form to release our previous medical records to our previous doctors. We dropped the form off the next day over two weeks ahead of our new appointments. When we arrived, they did not have our previous medical records, could not find the forms, and had no idea what the status was. We had to fill out new forms and then instruct the receptionist to fax them to our previous doctor's office right there in front of us to be certain this was processed. After my first appointment, I received a bill for the full amount of the initial appointment and follow up. To establish yourself as a new patient they want you to submit to a physical. Our insurance covers preventative care (physicals) once a year at 100% not subject to deductible. During the first appointment while looking over my body and checking things the doctor had discovered a red blemish on my skin and diagnosed it as some sort of rash - not a big deal but would need over the counter cream to be applied and go away. I had no complaints about this issue, the blemish was not in a place where I could easily see it and I was not aware of it. If the doctor hadn't caught it, it probably would have gone on undetected and become worse - I thought great, this is what a yearly physical is all about (besides getting labs done to make sure your numbers are all good). Well let me tell you, if the doctor finds something during your physical - it is no longer "coded" by Sutter-Gould as preventative care or a physical to the insurance company. So now as such, the insurance won't pay for the visit or subsequent follow up visit to over lab results as preventative care because the doctor was treating me for this "rash" and now it's a non-preventative visit. I know this seems somewhat trivial to Sutter-Gould, but to me this is the difference between free and almost $800 I have to pay out of pocket. Needless to say, I will be changing doctors very soon. read more

The nursing assistant was great. But I had to wait an hour for the visit and the pediatrician dr Lynette Grandison was awful! I told her I am on a delayed schedule for my daughters vaccines and she persisted on trying to shove them down my throat finally I had to tell her I will walk out with my child if she doesn't stop. Extremely inconsiderate and not a way to build relationships with patients. Will NEVER return here read more

Can say enough about the doctors at Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in Ceres. They are all so helpful and a wonderful group.

This office is nice with a kids play area. We haven't seen the doctors at this location. We were sent to have blood work for my 3 year old after a horrible experience at the Modesto 600 Coffee Rd location. The two ladies in the lab were awesome!! I could've hugged both of them. I was too concerned about my little guy that I didn't even look at their name tags but they did a fantastic job. Very calm & patient. The phlebotomist got blood her first stick & she had the tubes in the the other hand ready to go. Much better experience than Monday when he was stuck SIX times with no success at the Modesto lab. I'll be making the short drive to Ceres from now on for future lab work for him. read more

Staff are pretty awesome, My complaint is that the minute my husband and I returned home from his appt where we received the cancer diagnosis and were still reeling from the chemo/radiation treatment options and all the horrible stress and sadness, we got a cheery robo call asking us to complete a survey on our recent visit. Geez Sutter, can you at least wait a few days and let us process the bad news before you use use for your analytics. Would you want a funeral home calling you the day after your loved one died and asked you to rate the casket options? read more

This is a wonderful office. All of the staff are very efficient and never a long wait time for appointments.
