I have had him as my attorney since 2006, and maintain a clean criminal history, despite unfortunate run-ins with LE/Family Court. He pushed to take a case of mine to trial because he knew prosecutors had nothing. After filing for a speedy trial, he stated he was ready. The county was not. The case was dismissed outright. I retained him because I am going through a divorce and he was very available to meet with me and accept my $5000.00 retainer, once that was done I pretty much never heard from this man again, he returned my calls only a few times and never took any action or moved forward with my case. Every time I call the office I am told by his staff and rude secretary that he is in court. He never returns my calls...is he so busy that he doesn't call into his office to check in? I've been yelled at by his secretary. I have never received an itemized bill from him. All he's done is take my $5000.00 and give me nothing in return but aggravation. I hired another lawyer and asked for the remainder of my retainer back and have just been lied to...as far as to say that I was told that a check and an itemized bill was in the mail to me over a month ago. I'm writing this review to try and save another poor soul from being taken by this liar. It really leaves a person in a helpless position. I am insulted that this man feels that he can just walk all over me and I don't know how many others like this. Like I said before I can't believe this goes on in this day and age, and that he can get away with this. I want justice!
