I originally hired this attorney knowing I had a hearing coming up relatively soon within 60 days after I had signed my retainer with him, he advised me that I was NEVER a client and that he had other clients, "blowing me off at this point" he had to work with, after he had accepted my consultation with him to work and that he'd gladly take on my case. So about 24 days prior to my scheduled hearing then decides it's not enough time for him to work on my case, "when in the 1 1/2 hour consultation I had with him, he stated he would request the courts to give him more time." He's Silly, I see why he received a 1 star from a client he represented during a special needs case back in 2022 from the site AVVO! Now I'm questing he is not an expert NOT even when it comes to bankruptcy law! He's a fake and phony individual, nothing but a shiesty shark! He also never mentioned that there was a deadline he needed to submit things to court, your WRONG for what you did. You should have followed up me with me to see if you needed anything further which you did not, you jumped to conclusions and assumptions! A business entity should NEVER argue with a customer/client it's NOT a good look! He also delayed in sending me the retainer by 2 weeks insane. But since he's the attorney only he can do things delayed or not in a timely manner. Not the client, this man is on a power trip and prays upon his clients especially single individuals! If you don't do things when he wants he will let you go as a client when he is the one who committed wrong! Your sin will find you, your past reflects your future!
