Unfortunately, I lost confidence in his handling of my case and ultimately terminated his representation. Among the issues I experienced: * Court-ordered case deadlines were not met. * The defendants, my expert witness, and my eyewitness were never deposed. * I paid for a supplemental expert opinion at Mr. Stone's direction, but it was never submitted to the Court or opposing counsel. * I repeatedly asked about a proposed Settlement Agreement and was told Mr. Stone had not received it. I later obtained documentation showing that defense counsel had sent it to him on March 16, 2026, followed by additional emails on March 18 and 19. * After terminating his services on May 28, 2026, I requested my complete client file and made additional follow-up calls. Because of these issues, I filed a formal complaint with the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics requesting an investigation.
