Needless to say we will not be looking at any other properties with them. This agency feels like an estate agency who has started to do lettings due to the conditions of the current market, and either don't know what they are doing, or have staff who simply don't care.

Their offices are nice and big particularly Heswall and there are always plenty of staff on hand to help.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I find their marketing materials (and website) are clear and descriptive. Their commission charges are also very competitive. There are lots of rival estate agents in the vicinity and therefore they do their upmost to attract new business. They have a reputation of being more attentive than some of the other agencies in the area and don't treat you like just another number. I will definitely use them in the future.

The inside looks like a small office where the receptionists man the phones and deal with basic queries. There is an independent financial advisor who has been very helpful with us. Some of their services are free of charge because they earn comission from a mortgage advisor for example when you take out a mortgage. I would recommend these over some of the other estate agents for their honesty and straightforwardness when compared with the lack of that that some other estate agents in the town have.

They are always very efficient, ring back when they say they will, and are courteous and reasonable in their customer service. They will do all the vetting of tenants, show them round properties for you, collect the rents, sort out repairs and any problems, and can gernerally be trusted to get on with the job should you wish to have minimal input into the tenancy. They market in the local paper the Crosby Herald, both for sale and to let. Recommended.

The sale of the house was a bit slow and they did need hurrying up a couple times by our solicitor but they were friendly and helpful, especially when we looking for a house they opened several for us and then let us going back again to the one that we liked. They listened to all of our concerns and found the product that was right for us. They made enquiries that we wouldn't have had a hope doing ourselves and sorted everything out for us. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and as the service is free if you have any question about getting a mortgage got to them. They even helped ushering along our solicitors.

No sales patter, just straightforward answers to questions, and importantly after the offer was accepted, they assisted with progression when I had issues with my lender, and helped get the purchase through. A lot of agents seem to price properties way too high and take months to sell (if at all), these guys price fairly, so there is no need for hard sell.
