I am the pudding. The pudding is me! I was a smoker for 16 years. It was the very first thing I did in the morning. I thoroughly enjoyed the act of smoking. The smoke breaks weren't too shabby either. What I hated was being bossed around by the addiction. I am pretty alpha. When my boss offered to pay for me to be hypnotized...I literally had NOTHING to lose. On April 19th, 2017, I arrived at Joan's office with a cigarette in my hand. That was the last one. I ended up losing an expensive and disgusting habit. I gained the ability to walk up the three flights of stairs at my office without being winded. I gained my life back! I never would have been able to do this without the help of Joan. Just the slightest inconvenience of going without would usually have been enough to send me over the edge...and WATCH OUT!! I have never been successful in any attempt to cut cigarettes out of my life. After leaving her office I had ZERO cravings. To this day it is the most bizarre thing I have ever experienced. That first week I still thought about cigarettes. I had no craving for them though. No mood swings. NO ADDICTION! If I could not get through the thought of them...then I wasn't (*insert first, middle, last name here). That feeling did not last long. I can be around smokers...in the same vehicle even. It simply doesn't not phase me. It really is a NICOTINE MIRACLE! I don't know how the woman does it...but I owe her a lot. My son thanks her. My coworkers...none of whom smoke...thank her. I'm confident whoever I'm kissing thanks her. I THANK HER!

All of the counselors including the billing guy were knowledgeable, went beyond helping me and my issues. They found a way. I am very appreciative for helping me cope in my time of need. It literally feels like a comforting home when you arrive and their is no pressure once you walk in the door. The counseling sessions and steps were excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
