I cannot add a whole lot not already covered in the six reviews of this fine skateshop/streetwear botique written in Danish, but thought I'd add a review in English to help out anyone who cannot for whatever reason read Danish. Streetmachine carries most of the skate brands that are currently most popular: Nike SB, adidas skate, London's coveted Palace line, Vans, Emerica, and of course Alis. Their selection of sneakers is great and they get in the Nike SB releases as quickly as American stores it seems, too. Some of their goods you can only buy in their store whereas others can be ordered online and they ship free I think in Denmark. If you're thinking though of shipping out of Denmark, be wary of the costs involved. Like most skateshops in Denmark, the prices are a bit higher than in the States: possibly not for brands like Alis, but for Nike or Vans, yeah. So I wouldn't say they're overpriced, but still kind of high unless they're having a sale. Thankfully, various things--often those from last season--do go on sale pretty often here. The store's staff and layout are great and their online service is also top-notch.

They have the basic things, sport socks, some swimming equipments, training gears and sports clothing, but if you're looking for better selection in clothing, you might want to go to other Intersport. This place has proven to be a lifesaver though when I need some small stuff from a sports shop. Service is usual, not rude but not very "servicing" either, but that's common in Denmark. There are two changing rooms here, so you could try out clothing as well. They focus a lot on kids gear and more casual stuff for men and women.

The bikes came with combination chain locks and they had no problem with us dropping them off after hours.

In Copenhagen you don't need a great bike, you need a working bike that doesn't get stolen. We parked our bikes in the most hideous places, but they were never touched. My darling girlfriend had a tiny problem with a screw on her bike, but she found her way to Classic Cykler on her own, where the uniquely friendly staff immediately took care of her problem. Having a bike that isn't a "donkey republic" bike makes you feel like a indigenous self-confident Copenhagener.
