The customer service was great, employees were helpful and cheerful, but not overbearing. Shoppers browse around the store, and the shoe sizes are stacked on the shelves, so there's no need to ask the employees to fetch you sizes or colours. The shoe selection is impressive. They had a huge variety of brands as well as shoe types. I consider this very convenient, since you have all the brands and shoe types in one place, as opposed to visiting ten different shoe stores in order to get a broad selection. I also consider it extremely cheap relative to buying these shoes new from other stores because Shoes 22 often has sales where you get really good deals (ex. Guess shoes which were normally $150 cost $120 at Shoes 22, and then were on sale for 50% off). I will mention, however, that although it does have a large selection, it doesn't have everything (for instance, I noticed they didn't have converse, nor was there a selection of specific kind of shoes like skate shoes, for example). Overall, I gave it 4/5 because it's very comfortable to shop at, has an enormous variety of shoe types and brand names, has quality shoes, and good prices.

This one also features a single arcade machine for more boyfriend distractions! There is a cafe here in the back and is one of the locations that have had it the longest.

Overall, I cannot comment on whether or not this particular store has superior selection, but customer service was on-point! Lotsa fitting rooms WITH seating directly outside for your shopping buddies. They even have a coffee bar there - not sure if it was free, but there wasn't a price list posted. :)

This outlet located inside St Jacob's Outlet really surprised me! There has such helpful and cheerful staff which is really knowledgeable with the products they carries. I actually picked up a pair of Nike air for female fit because it was raved to be light weight and comfortable and it took impact load well. Just all around comfy walking shoes because I'm a regular runner and apparently the heel absorbed impact. I would say the shoes is enough of an up sale but it is light. There is no way shoes can absorb load that well, it's the foam structure and the hallow construct allows it. But true beliebers say it's a shock absorber, so keep on beliebing peeps. The selection is alright it's like any other outlet store. But it also shows you probably dont need to go to premium outlet mall for the deals, there are places with less line up and better parking.

There is no fitting room so you have to be sure of what you're buying. There is a mirror (yes, one mirror) close to the counter if you want to check if the clothes match your skin tone. My daughter was looking for a particularly hard-to-find size in a Keds sneaker, and "Brian" was super helpful, cheerfully bringing shoes in different sizes for us, and advising her on the fit. I think it must be exhausting to be constantly running back to grab sizes and colours for customers, but in a shoe store, service makes all the difference, and Brian was smiling and quick. Thanks to him, we were able to easily find the shoes that my daughter was after and carry on with our shopping. The prices were reasonable, and I noticed that the store also carried socks, shoe treatments and accessories, as well, so that's handy.

There were some stylish clothes and shoes there plus they have all the sizes folks :) The customer service in store, change room, and cashier were great and friendly. Don't worry about parking as there is plenty.
