I really really wanted this to be my nail salon but I can't get over the fact that even though I tip $20 EVERY SINGLE TIME they always ask me for cash, now hear me out. We all pay taxes on our earnings. It irks me that every time I say no I don't have cash then they'll ask me well, do you have Venmo? And then they give the little sad face. You should see my sad face when I pay payroll taxes every week. It's not fun, but I have to do it. What they're doing is called tax evasion. It's criminal and they should be turned in. You pay taxes on all of your earnings and so do I and so should they. I will not be coming back. I hope if you read this review, you stop with the cash that they ask for and use your card. I just moved to town and this was four minutes away from my house. I walked in. They took me right away for a pedicure and a full set and really paid attention to detail. I have no complaints. They were one of the quickest full set and pedicure I've ever had. The women there are so experienced and professional. They knew exactly what to do and did every step and didn't rush my nails at all and didn't make them look sloppy. I was happy with the duration of and elements included in the pedicure service, especially for the price, however my skin was cut too far back and I was left with an infection. I'm not sure the instruments they used were sanitized, and obviously their protocol for callus and dry skin removal is less than stellar. What actually led me to leave this review is the fact that while I was receiving my pedicure, a client came back in complaining of a sore toe and asked for someone to help remedy the pain. So I'm obviously not the only person to have issues with poor service. Also, customer service was lacking. The woman started working on my feet without asking what service I wanted. I saw a menu and finally grabbed it on my own to show her what I wanted. I had such an amazing experience here. I called and got an immediate response from the owner. She got me booked and in within 10 minutes. My nail tech was Sophia and she was beyond accommodating. She helped me pick the perfect gel color after we tried a bunch on. The price for my gel set ($42) including my cat eye (extra $10) came out to $52 which was amazing. My daughter and I visited Swan Nails for the first time today and we were very pleased with our services. The shop is small and when we went in, it was in the middle of a busy rush (around 4p.m. on a Tuesday). We didn't have appointments but they were able to take us for a full acrylic set for me and a gel manicure pedicure for her. ($115 pre-tip) I didn't get the name of the woman who did my daughter's nails, but I appreciated her attention to detail and gentle touch while working with my daughter. She did an especially good job placing large glitter on her small fingernails to ensure consistent coverage so both her mani and pedi came out great. Allie did my full set and I have to rave about how well she executed my IG inspo. I am always nervous about bringing inspo to a place I've never been to, but I said screw it and asked anyway. I'm so glad that I did because the end result was exactly what I wanted down to the smiley face with Xs for the eyes just like in the inspo pic. I asked for black paint instead of the brown pictured. In addition to the solid mani execution, she did a solid job on the acrylics making them smooth and not too thick like I've had done at other places. I hope these last because I love this set! My only concern is the almost overwhelming chemical smell when you first enter the shop. It's not a large space and they kept the door open while I was there, but the smell was pretty strong for the first 20 mins we were there. I guess I got used to it after that. Haha. A fan or air purifier/filter might do the trick for the staff and customers to breathe a little easier. Net-net, I would def recommend this shop as well as the two techs i worked with (though, they all seemed capable and attentive). We will be back! read more

I'm rough on my hands and my nails last through harsh cleansers, potting soil, pulling weeds, putting on and taking off my baby's carseat several times a day... My hands take a lot of abuse and my nails still look flawless when I need them to. Sofia took such good care of my feet. I forgot I had a cut on my foot until it began to hurt. When I told her she listened and could tell it was sensitive. She was mindful to avoid and protect that area for the remainder of my pedicure. These woman work hard and have jobs that can take a toll on their backs and hands. I appreciate their attention to detail, quick yet careful hands, and the quality of their work. The interior is just like any other nail salon. But what brings me back to a place is the quality of a massage with a pedicure. I can't remember the last time I had an exceptional massage with my pedicure! Said $120 was total when I first checked out and then changed it to $130 when I was trying to pay, I even argued with her about it. They also messed up a nail left with a crooked design and had to redo my big toe like 3 times during the pedicure because she kept messing up. read more

Nail tech worked quickly and did a great job shaping and with the art I wanted. The issue I had was my nails started popping off after a week and by week 2 I had lost half of them. I'm pretty hard on my nails and get them a little bit long but they should still last a minimum of two weeks before I start losing any. I'm not sure what caused this set to pop off so quickly or easily as the work seemed to be quality initially. read more
