Drivers are brilliant and can't do enough for you that get 10 out of 5 as for the office almost every one gets full stars but a couple of times & yes it's the same person is quite abrupt & doesn't even let you finish taking before they hang up on my so I have to call back to finish what l was enquiring about . & Also every time I book through this person l don't get the grate service ie the text message to say the driver is on their way and what car it is . So I'm sorry to say that I agree with the most of the ratings so that is reason I give 4.5 read more

Used this service to get to a wedding and it was fine but then on the way home it was absolutely not. The guy who drove us home was in a black car, not branded as the company, his seat so far back I could barely fit behind him. My seatbelt was trapped behind my seat anf my friends behind these seat covers he had on but he didn't care and proceeded to drive incredibly fast and dangerously down country roads. We were being literally thrown around in the back of the car train to get our seatbelts on. We were drunk and felt awkward so were laughing I think partly in shock as we were also saying what the fuck is going on which I think unfortunately spurred him on but I wouldn't have been comfortable asking him to slow down anyway for fear he would speed up. I do not appreciate paying £20 to risk my life and if we hadn't already paid upfront I wouldn't have paid. I will be reporting the company to the police. read more

After the service I got from Swan taxis, I felt a review was in order... to say how friendly prompt and courteous the sevice was! :) I have used them several times and it's always a good experience - which is welcome as I usually need a cab after a long journey.
