I received a reply that included all the information I requested within a few short hours. I couldn't believe it! Due to the excellent customer service I had received thus far, I decided to go ahead and purchase not 1, but 2, bedroom sets. I thought it would be a great way to keep my room fun and feeling new all year round. My purchase experiences have been quite the opposite of the other reviewers. In fact, I would recommend everyone look for linens at Swanky Outlet first before looking elsewhere. There are great deals to be had on high end bedding. I have purchased Ankasa, Frette, Hotel Collection and Sferra items for a fraction of the retail price. It is a great place to match colors from the past season or find fine eqyptian cotton basics at bargain prices. I have placed several hundreds of dollars in orders and have been more than satisfied with all of my purchases. The owner has repeatedly extended herself to help me when I have been trying to find specific items and colors as well. There are some fantastic bargains in the "Bargain Bin" but be sure to read the fine print (actually BOLD RED) that says these items are a final sale. Any defects are spelled out in the item's description. I received the same kind of service from this business owner that I've received at the Frette store in NYC, only better. They have very descriptive details on each of the products that they carry. I selected my bedding set and proceeded to check out with no problems. Check out was easy and secure and got a confirmation shortly after I completed my transaction. Before I made the purchase of the bedding I read through the site and read the swanky blog. I got a lot of useful information on how to care for the different kinds of materials. I received my purchase within the time frame that was promised to me. I opened the packaging and examined the bedding and I did not find one thing wrong with it. IT WAS PERFECT!!!! By far one of the best experiences I have had online shopping. I have always had a great experience with swanky outlet. The product ships super fast, I have always received the correct item and the best part is the customer service. I have no idea what others are talking about (rude, unhelpful, ect). They respond to emails right away, as if someone is constantly monitoring theit phone for incoming questions. They sent me an email immediately when something in cart was no longer available, so I could choose something else or if I just wanted to have them ship my order without the extra pillow. I have spent over $500 with them in less than a year and have gotten 2 nice pillows, a super soft king size down comforter a king size, high thread count sheet set, and a duvet. I had a great experience with swanky outlet. I recently ordered pillow shams, but I had just moved and I accidentally screwed up my information when typing in the new address. The package was returned back to the company, seeing as the address I had given them didn't exist. I called and emailed them looking for my package, and they were extremely helpful in tracking it down. They got right back to me on the status of my order, and were patient with me even though it was my mistake. They waved my restocking fee and re-sent me my package free of charge. (There should have been a 25% restocking fee and a $5 reshipping fee) I will definitely use them again, aside from being a great store, they have great customer service! I was blown away. I can't say enough nice things about this company, the quality of their products and the customer service I received. They are very hands on and will help you in anyway that they can. My last order came promptly and was exactly as described. After asking questions about curtains for my house and if they sold them, they responded that they were willing to break up sets for customers that only want certain items.
