The absolute worst builder. Nice acting man, but buyer beware. We were idiots. We don't have…read moresquare corner in this house. Even the roof is crooked. Not to mention the garage floor is so uneven that you can feel it under your feet as you walk or stand on it. One time we walked in on a Sunday afternoon, and one of his guys had his wife grouting our many thousand dollar porcelain tile floor. Another time retired school teachers were putting the hardward on our cabinets. This place was built by handymen. Really? We thought we had hired a home builder. Then we were to have drive-it on the outside. He put up the foam claiming the be certified. He is not. Didn't know what he was doing, and then let it sit all through the Winter with out completing the job, as he didn't stick with the project. We had a heck of a time getting someone to even take us on to finish the job. Because they would take one look at it, and not want the job. Finally got someone and it cost us a lot more than it should have. Then just recently we were freezing and thought that this house was a cold house. We got someone one to go in the attic and check. Turned out we hardly had any insulation. And, some areas had nothing at all. Then I got concerned about the bathroom vents, and the vent over the cook stove. There again. They were not vented out, but just into the attic just a few inches. When we went to tile the porch, same old story. It was very uneven and not square or level..The people that followed up after Ed Gund's shoddy work had a terrible time because every thing was off. Same for the gutters. The roof was so messed up that they had a huge job on their hands trying to finish a botched job. There is more. I could type all night. But, if you are smart, don't be fooled like we were by his kind demeanor. Run, Run, Run. Oh yes. The city of Marion even noticed the bad job they were doing on the drive way and made them cut it out. We had to hire someone else to fix that too. If you are smart you will run from this guy. He has another house in the neighborhood that did not pass an inspection when someone tried to buy it. So, they backed out. There is more that is terrible, but I think you get the idea.
