I always get some goodies on the too good to go app, and sometimes come by for just an açaí bowl myself! The shop is small and cute! Sometimes they serve their bowls a bit frozen, just because they don't want it to melt all over you, but everything is made fresh and in store! So happy for this little gem!

I was first introduced to Palmetto at a Yelp event and, since then, have become a repeat customer at numerous locations. Their Corte Madera location is lovely! The shop itself is on the smaller side, with one bench to sit at inside, but that's all good since it's more of a takeout business. It's bright inside, and the atmosphere is welcoming. You order at the counter, watch them make your creation, and pick it up when it's done! They also offer mobile ordering. Service is always fantastic from everyone I've encountered! Since I work in Marin and got my coworker hooked, we sometimes stop by for açaí before or after work. There are so many options for either signature or build-your-own bowls! I've been trying each signature bowl. This go around, I tried their Bom Dia A.M Breakfast Bowl in a size small. This was so delicious! I loved the fresh fruit, the texture of all the toppings, how rich and creamy it was, and the sweet yet refreshing taste. The smalls are always so filling for me, so I struggle to finish. Definitely keep that in mind! If I go any larger, I'm usually sharing with someone! I'd definitely order this again, but I have also loved everything I've tried. So happy that Palmetto is continuing to branch out and is successful in Marin. Glad to continue supporting them, especially since they're on my commute route! Find them on the Town Center side near Pacific Catch and across Five Little Monkeys. Free parking all around!

Their purple cabbage slaw & focaccia were the best to me, and the wine of course! We had: focaccia, branzino, calamari, cappuccino, ravioli, smoked trout, sausage pizza, fried chicken & coconut sorbet! Whew, yep only 3 of us! I will be back for the staff; ambiance, focaccia, glass of red & the purple cabbage slaw

My husband and I decided to give this spot a try after getting many rave reviews not only on yelp but on Eater SF (or maybe it was SFGate?). Anyway, we arrived around an hour before close, most places in this area close at 9pm btw. We were greeted by the host who walked in from near the kitchen area. We decided to sit outdoors since the weather was pleasant. We found a table for two near the projector showing a muted black and white film on the brick wall. The chairs had blankets over them just in case it gets chilly at night. It was very thoughtful. I decided to order their special 3 course meal including a white wine ($45!). It was like they had their own restaurant week specials like SF but I don't believe that exists in Marin. The 3 course meal included a beet salad, pasta (it was the screw shaped kind) with Bolognese and a tiramisu which was my fav of all 3. The white wine was a bit on the sweet side. My husband had the pappardelle pasta with oxtail. That was a treat! I liked his dish more than mine but all of it was so much we had to take half home! The complimentary focaccia really pushed us over the edge. I would definitely come back to try their pizzas!

Of special note are their prepared dishes to take home, pop into your own oven and enjoy! Their bakery products are also far superior to other general markets in the area. The fish department is superior! Bottom line is: Everything you buy here is going to be very good. Very good simply costs more than the adequacy most of us have become accustomed to steeling for. Their butchers are exceptional, and the quality of the meat is simply the best in the county. For Passover, I ordered two seven-pound briskets, and they were cut exactly to my specifications. The store is always impeccably clean (a refreshing contrast to our local market in San Rafael), and the staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. And I've been known to make a special trip just for their fried chicken (which you can conveniently order ahead), fresh tabouli, and their addictive orange juice machine. Mollie Stone's isn't just a grocery store, it's a pleasure to shop there.
