I have to say I would never tell anyone to go to this Law Firm. 5 years ago I fell in the mall. 2 herniated discs. A lifetime of epidurals. When all was said and done I ended up with 12 5. They ended up with more money than I did. They neglected to pay off several letters of protection as I did not have insurance when I fell. Now I'm in debt. Now remember shoulder surgery was involved they neglected to even subpoena the surgeon. I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my case. For a profession that seems like they should be working FOR you, most correspondence between email, phone, and in person seem rude, condescending, and dismissive. When you or a loved one is injured you only want the best for them and to be treated as if you are "bothering" your lawyer or to be literally told that your questions are stupid is not what you expect from the professionals that you higher to help you. My loved one and entire family could not be more disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism portrayed by this company and one of the titled partners himself. I Zanayah Thomas was in an auto accident on March 21st ,2018. After my wreck I started receiving calls from lawyers etc . At that time I decided to go with Brandon Swartz. At that time the calls came back to back from him but he always seemed to be rushed and haste. He then set me up with a chiropractor. After which time I no longer heard from my lawyer, I called them several times , I also called during the time I was moving out of state. No return phone calls until middle of June (He called while I was at work but never left a voicemail). My chiropractor had tried numerous times to get in contact with Brandon Swartz to no avail. Finally an associate of Mr. Swartz called me and asked about my injuries and which I told him " you guys would know about my injuries had you've taken my calls or my chiropractors calls" he then apologized and stated my lawyer would get in contact with me, at that time I told him I no longer wish to be represented by them . Today (August ,8th , 2018 at 9:40 local time) I get a call from Brandon Swartz himself , stating Zanayah (pronounced my name incorrectly and I corrected him and he said "Whatever) this is your lawyer, I said I don't have one, he processed to then say " anyways I'm calling about your injuries are you still experiencing pain etc. I then told him, you would have known had you guys called or returned calls ! He proceeded to become very rude and aggressive and stated " how dare you, ask me something like that and we're helping you, if you would have answered your damn phone when we've tried to call (as he mentioned the 3 dates). We're helping people like you and you want to be rude. He said fuck it we'll drop you're case. He then hung up in my face. I called back and he proceeded to scream at me. When he paused I let him know that I was upset due to the fact that I've reached out to him, chiropractors reached out to him to no avail. He proceeded to say he don't want to hear it and never to call him again and again hung up in my face. Biggest mistake of my life! Terrible arrogant disrespectful rude so-called lawyer! He is condescending ignorant and will not fight for you to receive any justice or compensation. He talked down to me, refused to return any phone calls and he expects you to kiss his feet like he's better than you. He acts like your bothering him when your asking him to do the job he was hired to do. He just insults you and blames you for the accident when in fact you were not at fault and his office staff is very unprofessional and just as rude as he is.
