The problem is with my workers comp claim. I call the office to get some information and I get routed to a voice mail. I leave a message asking for a return call and I never get a call back. I am really surprised that I am being ignored, and I'd my lawyers were not available the person that answers the phone should tell the client. I am a salesperson and I take phone calls even on vacation. My customers are very important to me, but I guess that's not the case with this law firm. Just thought I would point this out for others to know. Don't make the same mistake.
