Originally I thought there would be a catch they come up with a free estimate and will find anything to say that there are termites on property but that was not the case," the guy was so honest and sincere about the property and he told me flat out, no termites no issues however he did offer me his services for future prevention, in which, I will consider since this is a great company! They DID NOT!!!!!!! The first time they had to come back twice. We call in April and we're ready to restart. We would have to pay $150 to have the privilege of them coming out again. I would never recommend them ever again. We wanted to stop a few months. They cancel you and you have to pay $150. They want their few customers to start over.
