Her professionalism and enthusiasm cemented for me, that I will be using this bank if I go forward with the build in Arkansas.

Regions Bank has the 800 number listed as the contact number instead of the local number. Same…read morenumber listed on all the Banks websites and contacts are the corporate number. It appears they do not want to take calls at the local locations. Makes it really hard to do business with them since the 800 number is usually so busy, it requires at least 15 minutes to contact the aka Regions "Green Line"... i would rename it the "Inconvenient Wait Line", because that is all you can do is wait, while listening to them replaying over and over banking advertisements for new loans..... the longer it goes and the angrier I become and less likely to borrow any money with a bank like this. The sad thing is, the people there at the local branch are so very nice and very pleasant to work with, however if i must endure this type of bad customer service to reach them... then perhaps I need to look for loans somewhere else.. After 23 minutes.. a human finally answered and gave me the contact number that needed...ARRRGGGH! And for the next person.... so you do not have to experience what I just experienced.....
