tl;dr - Avoid like the plague  This has got to be one of the worst bank offices in the world. I'm not joking.  Had a simple cash matter to handle with Swedbank which normally isn't my bank (thankfully). Called their official number and asked where to go. They said the office at Medborgarplatsen could help me (near me). I went there and they couldn't help me. Instead, they told me to go to this Skanstull office if I had time.  Got there and was met by a small office, with a lot of waiting people. Sun exposed office with no AC (classic money saving bullsh*t) and the temperature must've been near 30 degrees inside. People were pissed! Decided to verify that they could actually help me with my errand so I asked one of the few clerks if she had time for a quick question. She gave me a short answer in an irritated voice and she was uninterested and elitist.  I learned to avoid Swedbank and in particular this Swedbank office like the plague.
