The Dreamplace on the Bahia Del Duque, one of Tenerife's most exclusive private beaches, is by far one of the best I have ever been to on my travels so far. The Dreamplace is a beautiful 6* hotel situated on a private beach a good 15 minute walk from the main tourist area (and thankfully a good 45 minute walk from the less than desirable Veronicas area of Tenerife popular with stag and hen dos). The spa is a good size with very polite, friendly English speaking staff. They offer a range of services from hairdressing, nail treatments, massage, facials and exfoliation to more exotic treatments such as accupuncture, hot rock, sea and mud wrap, and more. I went for a simple facial and shoulder massage and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff member was very professional and attentive and I felt very relaxed in her presence. She remained silent but lovely calming music was playing and I almost fell asleep! It is not too hot thanks to the air con they have running and all in all it was a lovely, decadent experience. The prices are higher than average as I expected but still well within what I was prepared to pay (50 euro for 30 minutes). I really enjoyed my spa experience at the Dreamplace and I would 100% go there again, so I can only give it 5/5 as it was one of the highlights of my holiday. A wonderful calming treatment amidst the hustle and bustle of Tenerife in the summer.

Unnecessarily put on a drip €200 and travel docs we don't need or require. Not advised of the cost in advance. Bill reduced to €532 after a row. Turns out everybody is being scammed, we told the next people in line and they went elsewhere. That consult should only have been €70-100 with a prescription. Disgusting the way they take advantage of tourists "with travel insurance". AVOID AVOID AVOID
