I knew it was an extreme price but i was stranded and needed my car (Nissan Maxima) fixed. He showed up on time and got to work. Towards the end end of the repair Dana said that my battery fuse was dead and pried it out. Said he'd look for a replacement but if not I could start my car by jamming a screw driver in between the terminals to start it.. Needless to say he left my car with less radiator fluid, missing bolts, and a missing fuse, which left me stranded on the highway with more problems then i started with. Trying to drive home, all of my dash warning lights turned on (except my battery ironically enough) and my entertainment system cut out. My car suddenly lost all throttle with it no longer revving rpms or accelerating no matter how far I pushed the throttle, and i was forced to pull over the highway with my car more damaged than how I started. Was told it had "jumped time" and needed an entire new engine replacement or they could trash it for me. Towed it home and got a second opinion. Absolutely nothing about the engine was showing up with a diagnostic scanner and turns out only needed a sensor replaced. I literally paid less for the sensor part than what Motorworks charged me for a diagnostic fee. Car is running again without an engine replacement. I feel like this was either fraud and or incompetence.

I dropped off my car the night before and he was quickly in contact with me to not only go over what I wanted done but also what needed to be done after his inspection and how much that would cost! He even let me tag on the installation of some aftermarket parts that I needed installed. I then payed over the phone and he locked my spare in the car so I could pick it up later that night. They were also very timely with the repairs! I was expecting it to need a few days in the shop but he got them done(and done well) in a day and a half! 10/10 recommend!
